I have been a loyal customer of this place for long time. Too bad that they have poor customer service. I have put lots of cash into this place because I thought they had great service... thought wrong. I bought a bag and it was poor quality. Never has this happened to this me before from this place and for $100 bucks I want something worth buying. I brought it back to complain and was treated like I have never been in the place before. Not cool. I will take my cash to another club. Don't go there.

I have only gone to a few different clubs, but this one I continually go back to. They are very helpful, and nice. It's kept very clean, & safe. Since I have gone to this club I really have not gone to any others.Even though I live in the Fairfield area I will still travel down to them.

Well, the first time I was there, when I walked through the door i was impressed with the TV, but the selection was poor. There was only 4 types to choose form and I needed indo, my wife can't sleep. There also was a guy with a cane hanging around there asking for a small bud, I told him its not for me and take a hike, thats was the last straw.. my wife did not care for the purple and said it seem to be the type that was dipped in cold water to shock it and turn purple.. what ever..just too many road blocks for us .... thanks for the effort though.

I don't know why everybody is tripping on this club... I personally think that it is the best club in the bay. Great prices, great medicine, the people there are only doing their job. I would recommend this club 10x over any other club. You can smell and select the medicine you want before you buy and there is no chemical burns on the buds. You get treated as you treat others. If there were 6 stars... I would rate it a 6!

Very accessible. Right off the freeway and easy parking. Inside is visually stimulating, though there is no place to medicate or hang out. But then again, this is a dispensary, not your friends basement. Buds are top quality and bags are always over weighed sometimes a gram or more. A must visit.

Well its been a long time since I seen some brazilian granddad at Mr. Nice Guys, that was the best medicine in the world. The staff could be a little bit more friendly I quit going because they were very unprofessional. I liked the walls they are cool and a t.v. in the wall always plays a fish tank seen that is very comforting. I may go in the future but for now the other clubs will do.

When you need quality and quantity, Mr. Nice Guy is the place to go... although the prices tend to run $5 more than other clubs the buds are better and they're guidelines are set to over weigh everything..i.e. a gram weighs to 1.3 or higher so it is really worth it...the staff of mostly girls is very friendly and helpful... I visit this club more than any other since the ccac in hayward was shut down...ps...try the champagne or either ko/xo

The ammount of strains is a lot, but the buds can hardly speak for themselves. As far as quality goes, very poor purple buds and weak smoke to wind up paying to much. I'll take my $60 elsewhere.

Mr. Nice Guy...maybe should be named 'the pricey guy'? Personally I don't mind, paying a little higher price for some REALLY SUPER Chronic (God's Gift, Jack Herrera)...but at Mr. Nice Guy, it seems the prices are high, for average grade bud?

'Mr. Nice Guy'-would be a whole lot 'cooler' of a guy-if he priced his buds, at a more proper cost. But actually the thing that makes Mr. Nice guy great, is the hours. Oh yeah and their Champagne.

Excellent place for first timers as well as long term patients who look for superb customer service introducing them to (what seems like) an endless inventory of first quality medicine. Knowledge of the product is satisfactory.You can always get what you came for at Mr. Nice Guy. Best place to go in SF for pain relief.

Not feeling this place at all. It kind of made me feel like I was in the movie "New Jack City" and was buying crack at the Carter Apartments. Once you get through the front doors, its just a big open space with girls behind bulletproof glass selling medications. No place to sit, relax, or even take some time to think about what you may want. I won't be going back there anytime soon.

It's all about bullet-proof glass and indifferent service. Must admit I got some good medicine, but i'd never set foot in that place again. And you can't SMELL the medicines first! Creepy!

Mr. Nice Guy is a great dispensary. They know their stuff and the security is tight there. They do not tolerate any people that break their rules or are loitering outside. They make sure to keep their dispensary clean and friendly. There is always a line!

Mr. Nice Guy is one of the best dispensaries in San Francisco. I am not sure why patients are reviewing this club in a negative way, but I have had nothing but great and memorable visits to this dispensary. There is nothing wrong with a dispensary that is all about professionalism. Some patients cannot handle that, especially the ones who are all about getting the cheapest medicine out there.

Mr Nice Guys is about quality over quantity and I have never been pressured to purchase anything or had a bad run in with the security. As long as you are cool with the security and not breaking any of their rules, then there would be no reason for security to be stern with you. I am a long time patient of Mr Nice Guys and have seen them contribute to those who are less fortunate and give compassion.

They have nice ladies that know about their medicine and they are the only dispensary that I have visited that has good looking people working there. They do not look like homeless people...they are all knowledgeable too! This club rocks! They know their medicine and they have a low tolerance for nonsense patients. That makes them successful! I will continue to visit this dispensary!!!!

Mr. Nice Guy is a great cannabis dispensary. I am not sure why others are saying that they are rude and agressive; the security guards are just trying to do their job. Some patients are rude and do not follow the rules so the security has to relay them firmly. From my experience at Mr. Nice Guy, they are professional and courteous. Mr. Nice Guy has an extensive menu and the girls are knowledgeable of the types of strains. They have cool art on the walls and now an information desk. This place is one of the best, if not the best. The people that have had a bad experience must be the type of patients that dont follow directions to the rules. Everyone is nice there....even the security. I like the fact that the security are patients themselves, not these type of folks that look like drug dealers or street people. MNG is always going to be my dispensary.

They should call it Mr. A**hole. I've tried most clubs in the city and this is by far the worst. For one thing you feel like they're going attack you or mug you. The Green Cross was the model to follow. I think the staff are all mute, because the word "hello" will only get you a confused look.This place bites big time.

Without a doubt, the worst Cannabis Club in the city. I'm amazed they are still in business at all with the way they treat their customers. I gave them a try a few times because of the convenience, what a mistake. They pick and choose unfairly who they want to let in. They basically come across as shady drug dealers. Rude, sketchy, dirty.

The security is awful, very rude and intimidating. The security window in the front is really thick and hard to hear what's said on the other side, when I told the guy that I couldn't hear him he yelled "cant you f***ing read?" because next to the window is a list of "no no's",he wanted me to take my hat of it turns out.so i walk in and see this amazing mural so i started zoning out on it, i guess i was getting to close to the bathroom so one of the other security guard asked me oh so politely "where the f*** are you going?" i guess you have to get permission to use the restroom. But I will give em this, they do have a great selection of buds and good hours, but unfortunately the unfriendly staff is enough to keep me away.

Great buds but their security guards are overly aggressive! The security guard was getting physical and on the verge of attacking me one night simply because I politely told him that he could go in front of me in line because I thought he was a customer. He literally got in my face and was shoving in to me just for that. Sounds ridiculous and I guess you would have had to have been there, but yes that did happen.

After that I tried calling the owner multiple times and kept getting the run around over the phone by the other guards that knew what happened. Anyway there loss, they just lost thousands from me and my friends.

Please don't support places that are not professional if we want this program to be efficient and work for us all, and that's all I have to say.

This is a very good place accept all major credit cards, very clean and professional setting large plasma tv great painting on the wall great prices for the quality they also sale a line of snacks including brownies, cookies, and cheesecakes. Brownies are like 8 bucks a pop and man they do the trick the location is great right off market.

First things first, they have GREAT hours. Open really early to really late. The selection is also top notch at very reasonable rates. Very easy to get to. They staff some really attractive women, another bonus. It's also one of the few clubs to accept debit and credit cards. My favorite place to get my medicine by far.

Wow where do I start. I really like how the owner only hires hot friendly chicks with big boobs. Eye candy is always a plus. They got many things to eat the ice cream cone is awesome! The herbs are displayed and the prices are the cheapest I've seen for the quality of herb. Nice painting in the lounge and the patrons like to smoke you out.

Down sides: not very many seats and no clones.
