WORTH A TRY The location is fine, near a BART station and street parking has always been easy. The quality of the medicine has been good and bad. I have been there 4 times and the quality has been good twice, OK once and poor once. But they have various strains so perhaps I just made a bad pick. The people who work there are generally friendly and and atmosphere is comfortable.

The staff here is knowledgeable, the bud is top shelf, and they get nice new strains in frequently (been seeing a little too much kush lately, but it's not my favorite to begin with). The layout is nice and service is usually fast.

This place is Bomb! I got the Orange Velvet OG, and I have to say it's one of the nicest strains I've had in a while. I told the girl what type of high I was looking for, something a little active and clear headed since I like to smoke and do homework, and she instantly picked out two strains that would do the job. I'm tired of going to clubs and getting no assistance from the bud-tenders. It was real nice to find the friendly and knowledgable staff at Medithrive to be so willing to help.

Hi all!!! Just sampled some of this dispensary's magic meds and now I know why everyone raves about them. The staff was super cool, not aggressive or pushy or condescending like some other places. The guys and gals there also have lots of critical knowledge about marijuana to share. The menu covers a lot of ground from edibles to concentrates and flowers. My personal favorite has been the beautiful Durban Poison and some of the Orange crosses they have lately! Yum! =) Go make yourself a regular there, I highly recommend it (pun intended).

These guys are great, I have been a member for almost a year. I've tried almost every dispensary in the city and Medithrive is the all around best. The staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable about the medicine selection. Walking into the vibrant and fresh atmosphere is a therapy in itself. I check their diverse online menu frequently, as it changes often to include more of their rare and exotic buds. If you dig edibles, try the Stroop Waffle or an Auntie Dolores (both are strong!). Don't be put off the high prices, $60 for 4 grams of their Top Shelf is always worth it.

I have been a huge fan of medithrive since the 1st day and once again they come thru with flying colors. I was in frisco saturday and of course had to go back because I checked the menu online ( which is a big help ) and I saw that the orange velvet was in stock. I love medithrive. They are always friendly with me and the parking is always pretty open when I go. Close to Bart.I am always happy with the meds. They have a good selection and always have one particular strain that is not always available everywhere. When I go to frisco i have to stop by Medithrive because I'm guaranteed quality meds and I also love the app. I can check the menu before I go.

Okay....here is the scoop. Medithrive is extremely sanitary & clean throughout their establishment. The staff is super friendly and somewhat knowledgeable, however they lack good quality bud. On a scale of 1 - 10, 10 being the best quality bud, at best Medithrive earns a 6. I've never purchased high quality bud from this club and when I asked the staff about THC levels, they told me all of their bud is commercialized and I would never be able to purchase "conversational home grown quality," as they so-called it. On top of that, I've never received any bud that was cured properly. I guess if you really don't mind smoking grass then you're good, but myself on the other hand loves good flavor along with extremely strong medicine. To my knowledge, the highest quality in the city is from Mr. Nice Guy right down the street, but even theirs isn't super high quality. So I've limited myself to buying seeds online & growing all those kick-ass strains, with full potency, not commercialized grass. =)

Basicly came in first day and got a free bag of Plane Wreck but also bought some Hindu skunk which was amazing sativa. I love the place the second time I came because bought the Green House Blue Dream and Ron Burgandy also was thrown in a free sample of Chem 2 for asking the guy, nicely clean, fast efficient and smart are what their employees are. Love the place way better then Green Door.

This is the only club for me. They know what they are talking about, they dont just give you the bud or the edibles and hope you know how to google. They explain the strains and how they react in your body.
All the other clubs ive been to in the whole bay area arent as nice and reasonable (price wise) for what you are given. Its alway prime and fresh.

I'm very satisfied with this center. They provided quick service, got me signed up, free gift and my Big Rom. Although I visited around 2-3pm and they were already out of a few products of which I was interested in checking out. Wish the staff could be more flexible with price because I had forty and next time I have to plan ahead on their expensive products. I don't mind paying $60 for an eighth, bud is high quality and the sample they gave me was excellent. I plan on coming back, awesome atmosphere and friendly staff.

Honestly it doesn't get any better than Medithrive. It's the first club I visited and still hands down the best. The staff is super chill and so knowledgeable on everything. They had no problems answering any of my questions and recommending different things for my various needs. It was clean, safe, had a ton of different varieties and fantastic prices. I know people complain about parking, but it couldn't be located around more major bus lines and even BART. I highly recommend Medithrive to everyone!

Medithrive has 4 gram 8ths. They have some reasonable chronic that will have you feeling nice, warm and fuzzy when you are getting "medicated." I messed with their Greenhouse Blue Dream which was the truth. And you might not think an extra 0.5 of weed makes a difference, but with their product I can usually stretch it out for a couple of days. The staff is cool and you have to mess with their edibles.

Medithrive is in my opinion is one of the best. I haven't visited them all, but Medithrive would be on the top of my list for medical marijuana. Everything from selection, variety, price, atmosphere, and especially the staff are the best. I have been a patient for over a year, and after trying several of the 'top' clubs in San Francisco I believe Medithrive is the best. The staff is the best, they are all very sweet, professional, knowledgeable, friendly and 'easy on the eyes' Their customer care is beyond my expectationsand their variety and availability is superlative. Their 'specials' are the best. I cannot say enough good things about this place and would strongly recommend first time patients or patients from other clubs to give Medithrive a shot. I'm sure you'll make it your club of choice. The only recommendation for Medithrive would be to expand their operation and add a patients lounge similar to VR. Other than that, no complaints and thank you Medithrive for your excellent service to the community.

The Medithrive is in a convenient location at 16th Mission BART. Their strains are awesome - almost all of them are hybrids (my favorite). The edibles are absolutely amazing; I haven’t been to a club where I’ve had an edible that I actually enjoyed, until I came here. Medithrive is one of my favorite clubs in the city because they have a convenient location between 15th and 16th on Mission which is super easy to get to by bus, BART, or car. They have a good variety of strains that smell so good as soon as they open the door with a homey vibe and an excellent, friendly staff. Also their pre-rolls use way dank weed and not just mediocre trim.
A super plus is that you can use your debit/credit card and not only cash, which a lot of other clubs do not offer.

In the past two years due to chronic pain, I became a patient eligible to use medicinal cannabis. I used to go to Oakland for my medicines but the over-commercialized over-priced medicine of Harborside, along with the thugs as security guards, were unfair and unreasonable to patients! Medithrive staff is very personable and knowledgeable about the different medicines and products available. The parking on Mission Street has always been easy in the evenings and Medithrive is close to BART for those times when I do not want to drive. The selections, quality, and pricing are always worthwhile. With my pain issues, I have found the Romulan to work quite well and priced affordably. I would definitely recommend Medithrive to any patient who wants their medicinal cannabis in a hassle-free, courteous, and professional environment. Over time, the bud tenders have made outstanding recommendations on what strains and methods are best. They even helped with suggestions for using concentrates that made the pain relief more effective! Medithrive is an excellent dispensary! Medithrive provides a superior level of safe, clean, friendly, and dependable customer service for patients!

I just started going to Medithrive and it was much more then satisfactory. The store is beautiful, and well organized. The staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable so I was able to leave feeling very comfortable with my selections. And of course the bud is amazing. One thing that I really liked was the app that they have, which shows you the updated day to day menu as well as the whole purchasing system in the store. Also this place is building a strong community through events and rewards!

This place is one of the best I've been to! All the staff are very helpful and upbeat. The buds are high quality and top notch at that. They have a large selection of edibles, both cookie and chocolate based. There are more strains than I can count! First impressions are always everlasting and Medithrive makes you feel as though you have just walked into a first-class collective without the stuffiness and incense aroma of most local clubs. The decor is modern and pleasing. There are no Buddha’s or vignette flags with red, yellow and green hues to be found. In fact, the complete opposite of a "420" skater hang out. The staff is professional and not some post-teen kid trying to school me on the meds.

All of the staff are quite knowledgeable and will be more than happy to show you the beautiful variety of strains, in addition to some high quality hash, keef, and edibles. Last time in I went with 4 edibles and a gram of hash. The edibles were a DD (double dose) and were absolutely fantastic.

I do not like to make a solid opinion my first time around so I allowed myself time to re-evaluate Medithrive’s service and med quality over the next few weeks. I was not disappointed. These guys have the best quality med's around. Not only are they better priced than local collectives, the quality is way better. The owners and budtenders of Medithrive seem like they only choose the best meds for their collective and are genuinely concerned about what your needs are. I've been going to Medithrive consistently since I first bought those wonderful double dose edibles and have yet to be disappointed.

Well, the more I think about this place the more I think it deserves a hair under 5 stars. The place is really nice. The staff are friendly enough, the bud is of sufficiently high quality, and overall it's a good experience to go here. My only quibbles are that their pricing scheme doesn't match up with my style very well. I like to spend 25 or 30 bucks and grab a 1/16th (half eighth) or a couple of grams. At MediThrive the pricing scheme is that grams are 1/3 the price of the "4 gram eighths". And since all the higher end buds are 50-60 per eighth, their grams are mostly 16-18 bucks. Not bad by any means, but it pretty much means that I'm only trying to go here when I've got 50+ bucks to spend. Secondly, you have to ask to find out if something is pure indica/sative or hybrid (and if it's sative or indica dominant). It would be more convenient if they color coded their menu, or somehow made it clear what is what. As you can tell, these quibbles are minor, and this place is definitely top notch. Stop by, I doubt you'll regret it :)

Very professional shop with excellent staff.  I've always received great advice because the staff members are familiar with their products and are able to answer just about any question.  The selection is not always as extensive as one would like but they do run out of things.  However, we are talking about an agricultural product and it is dependent on growing seasons, suppliers, etc. and I have never been disappointed at Medithrive.  Great shop, great people.

Medithrive is a very classy operation. They have a very nice soothing, chic, decor, and their menu and display counter is always kept very clean and easily understood. It isn't like those places that have the products and prices written in different handwritings and colors. Medithrive has an easy on the eyes display monitor with everything laid out for you crystal clear. They have a nice variety of strains with a good price range too. One of my favorite things about medithrive though, is that the staff is never too stoned like you might find at some places. I have been to Medithrive numerous times since attaining my doctor’s recommendation. The first time I stopped in was Thanksgiving, and although the store was somewhat crowded, I loved the ambience and didn’t mind the short wait. There are usually 3 “budtenders” working which helps to make the process move more swiftly. The first time I was in, I purchased the Blackberry Kush which was tasty and received a sample of the Burkle for being a first time patient. I returned to Medithrive, however, for their famous Romulan. I had read good reviews on the strain but had yet to medicate with it, so when I saw that Medithrive was having a special on their 4g 1/8 I ran in to pick it up. The Romulan was very crystally with lots of trichs and had a nice relaxing effect, exactly what I was looking for since I use the medicine primarily for sleeping. Although the prices seem a little high upon first glance, you need to factor in the 4g 1/8, so a $50 1/8 at Medithrive is actually equivalent to a $43.75 normal 3.5g 1/8. Go in and check it out for yourself!

Remodeled interior, it looks really clean. I like how they used wood all over the inside. Real easy check in method and located in the middle of San Francisco. Their service is top notch, always smiling, and the big flat screen menu and layout samples help the process go faster. Overall A+.

Since my diagnosis of experimental need I have frequented Medithrive on four occasions. I have found the staff to be courteous but perhaps a little more efficiency would be okay. How do you trade off between a more laid back setting as opposed to efficiency? Some prices may be a little bit high, but again, acceptable tradeoff. Overall rating. 4.75 Stars.

Medithrive is definitely a cut above the average San Francisco Cannabis Club. I've been to some that look like flop houses and others that look like Fort Knox, while Medithrive is located in a well lighted office with a pleasant ambiance. The large variety of products, including fantastic looking edibles, are all displayed in glass containers or display cases and the service is one on one in an unhurried atmosphere by a genuinely friendly and knowledgeable staff. There is an initial sign-in and picture taking for I.D. purposes, but that speeds up your return visits, as you are on their computer. Personally, I find such attention to detail a major plus.

Absolutely love this establishment. It's a very well run cannabis club. The staff is very friendly. They know their stuff and are very informative about each product they carry. Usually with other clubs that I have gone to, the staff doesn't seem to take real interest in their consumers. Also, the whole atmosphere of the place is like no other. Very clean and modern looking. I always recommend this place to any fellow medical marijuana club card holder. There is also some green mushy stuff on the walls. Who doesn't like green mushy stuff on their walls every now and again?

I've had my card for a bit now and I would have to say that medithrive is one of the best. When ever I go there it's a safe atmosphere. The staff is very helpful and friendly, and I love how you can smell all the different types of strands. Also, the fine selection of prices to fit my needs. I just went to Medithrive the other day for the first time. Super chill atmosphere and very clean. I really appreciated all the artwork they had on the walls from a local artist (I forgot his name). The staff is way chill and helpful. There bud is always fire! Everything is pre weighed out, but when I got home I weighed out the G of Tahoe OG kush and it was 1.3, and the 1/8 are 4g. I also got an edible for my first time visit; I ate it later that day and was messed up, plus the brownie itself was really good.

The first time I spotted Medithrive I was a bit reluctant to go in. It is located half a block from 16th and Mission, which can be kind of intimidating. But as soon as I was let in, I felt comfortable. The place was clean, well lit, and the staff was friendly. I signed up immediately, then was led into the dispensary where a wide variety of edibles, tinctures, spreads, and sample buds were displayed prominently. The prices were clearly labeled on the wall, behind the counter. The staff was knowledgeable and spent plenty of time with each customer, explaining the selections and answering all questions. I came away with the feeling that I had visited a highly professional business that provided good product and service.

This is my favorite club and I live in Oakland! I mean I live down the street from Oaksterdam and this is still my favorite club! The truth is, Medithrive is lush and diverse in it's offerings for patients. If you want to know how lush, go to their website and see for yourself. The staff are truly compassionate and knowledgeable, and they care about you finding exactly what you need every time. I get a smile and a sweet greeting every single time I go in. Plus if you are a patient that shops frequently as I do, you get fantastic perks, like discounts and free edibles. And the quality of the plants is undeniable. Medithrive is the first cannabis club I have ever set foot in, and it is a prime example of what to expect from a club. Right when you walk in, you are greeted by a friendly representative. In the back is where they have the menu (on a crystal clear TV!) and all the buds to inspect. They have great quality buds and the budtenders are excellent at explaining the differences between them. The only downside I can think of is that the buds are prepackaged, and it's such a great place I wish I could smoke in there! Other than that, it's a great place to stop by and pick up some great herb and extracts.

Medithrive has a clean, welcoming environment with a helpful informative staff. I've tried three strains of the bud (white berry, big kahuna, and Queen Elizabeth kush). The strains are rare finds and potent, and they had a few of the edibles which were delicious and potent. I was pleased everytime! Everything about this place is high quality. The cost of medication is in the higher range in comparison to other collectives, but it's made up for in the quality department. I would highly recommend this collective to anyone. It's located near bart and is very accesible, and I feel safe in the neighborhood.

Medithrive was the first collective I visited, and so far my favorite. I've visited some other clubs in the city, but medithrive is clean, organized, and professional. The staff is helpful, informative, and honest. The medicine is good, I had some of the edibles and the "flowers" are high quality! They are pricey in comparison to some other clubs, but you pay for what you get.

Medithrive is convenient and has a really deep selection of meds. They are very conveniently located and service is pretty quick, too. There's nice artwork around the building, and they usually offer specials and incentives. I like that they offer a gift for joining and a gift for every 10 containers that you return to them. This place is absolutely wonderful. This was my frist time going to a dispenser, and they were so professional and nice about everything. They offer a free joint or edible for first time comers. All I had to do was show my recommendation at the door and then they set me up with a profile. The medicine had a variety and I told them what kind of stuff I liked and they gave me the strings to choose from. Overall it was a great experience and I'm definitely going back there again. The prices were average, but the quality is great.

i guess I should qualify this review by saying that I am practically medithrive's unofficial mascot and that I really love everybody who works there, so if this review sounds biased you'll know why, but trust me, this club is worth checking out. To start with, they are centrally located near 16th and mission which is really easy to get to. It looks a little like a boutique inside, to me it's like willy wonka's chocolate factory, except everything is made of weed instead of candy!!! The staff members are all friendly and very knowledgable (first-hand knowledge, I'm guessin'!). They are always ready to assist you, especially if you are a bit overwhelmed by the possibilities. Just to cover the basics, they usually have at least three or four high-grade varieties each of sativas, indicas, and varieties of hash. The weed varieties (and they get some awesome ones like boutique blue dream, durban poison, big lebowski, plane wreck, etc.) are all set out in labeled jars you can open and smell. They sell grams and 1/8ths, the eighths being four grams, and all weed usually comes in these labeled canisters that you can reuse or turn in ten of 'em and get a free joint. Speaking of free joints, they seem to average one day a week where they just give away free joints for the hell of it. And yes, in case you were wondering, they do carry a wide variety of other products/ways to administer THC: baked goods, candy bars, granola, kool-aid, lollipops, butters, extracts, oils, and there is always something new. Also, they are very nice to your pet if you have one. The last thing I have to mention, sorry kids but you gotta know it, the medi-thrive staff is all totally adorable!!! So go there. :)

In my opinion, Medithrive is the best dispensary in the entire state. They carry a wide variety of chronic strains that are all top shelf products. This holds true for their edibles as well. The edibles offered at Medithrive range from then smaller dose edibles to heavily medicated grapefruit drinks or the delicious Bliss truffles that have yet to disappoint. The menu is broken down by indica and sativa with hybrids on either side depending on whether it is an indica or sativa dominant hybrid. Medithrive is also home to a great selection of concentrates ranging from the best sand hash in the entire state to the ever so tasty keif that is always in stock.

The HIGH quality (as well as quantity since they are home to the 4 gram eighth) is what keeps me coming back to Medithrive, but Medithrive does not only offer high quality bud,edibles, and concentrates, they also always have a knowledgable staff that is always patient, kind, and compassionate always making me leave smiling. From the moment you step inside Medithrive you immediately notice how different it is from many other dispensaries. It is a clean, well lit, modern, and welcoming environment. Every strain available is arranged on the counter in jars with the strain name listed so that you can see and smell the herb before you buy it (thrichome scopes are available).

The next best thing about Medithrive is their website, it is always kept up to date and strains are updated every day. Every time I go to Medithrive I check their inventory online before I leave so that I know that the strain that I want will be there when I arrive. Although it is a minor bonus, I thought that it was worth mentioning that their website works on both the iPhone and the iPad so you can even check their inventory if you are on the go.

I have never had a hard time parking or dealing with the meters because Medithrive's neighbor is a liquor store and the people inside always are friendly and will give change to feed the meters.

On top of the 4 gram eighth, Medithrive offers discounts if you spend a certain amount as well as free gifts for new patients.

I don't usually write reviews for dispensaries, but Medithrive has treated me so well that I felt obligated to share my wonderful experience with all that are interested. My review is based off of my numerous experiences in dispensaries in the bay area, but none and I mean none can begin to be compared to the quality of product and service that Medithrive consistently offers their patients, which are treated more like family members.

I've had my cannabis card for over two years now and have always been disappointed in the appearance and knowledge of the staff at every other dispensary. Buying legitimate medicine always felt like a back alley transaction, the only difference was that it was legal until now.

Medithrive is what I envisioned dispensaries being like when I first got my card: a clean, well-lit, welcoming space for me and others to get medicine, and a forum for those who wish to advance the industry and movement in very positive ways.

Here are the top 5 (there's way more but I'll be concise) best things about Medithrive

1. The staff. Hands down these are the most knowledgeable dispensary agents. They know their product, they know it's effects, they're educated, excited, and passionate about their work. I will literally walk up to the counter when they're working and explain to them what I'm feeling and how I'd like to feel and they give me recommendations on things that have worked in the past, new strands, and always encourage feedback from previous experiences. Every single time I go in there, they are there with a smile and welcoming "Hey Antonio!". You guys are the best and you, staff, are what keeps me coming back week in and week out.

2. The quality of the product. Broken down by type and strand, you're given so many options that it's almost overwhelming (at times like these, please see #1: staff). Best quality I've seen in the city

3. The 4 Gram 8ths!!! (Although, technically they're 7th's right?). Great deal for a great price. Killer buds, at a great deal.

4. Rewards! How can you not show love to a place that shows love to you back?! Save containers, get free medicine. Print out an email to show you're engaged with the organization, hook ups. First time?! Watch out, you'll walk out with more stuff than you intended (some free!!!!)

5. Location. Conveniently located by the 16th Street Bart Station, not only is it centrally located in the city, but it's also improving the surrounding neighborhood and helping to change that area of the mission for the better.

Medithrive, you're awesome! Please don't ever change what you do. You have a working formula that works and keeps people happy. I know i'll be coming back!

if you prefer higher-grade strains of pot and you don't already know about this place, you should definitely hook up with medithrive. To start with, they're a block away from 16th and mission which is a major transportation hub, if that is a concern of yours. It looks kinda like a jewelry store inside, with nice glass cases full of weed and labeled jars containing sniffable samples of each strain that's in stock. They usually carry between three and six strains each of sativas and indicas; the highest grade is well worth it, to me, though I've never bought sub-par weed from them at any price. I usually stick to the high grade sativas, of which they never seem to run out of insane new varieties, but it seems that no matter what form you like your thc in, medithrive has you covered-all kinds of crazy edibles, hash, oils, teas, pre-rolled joints, etc. and if you get a bit overwhelmed by the options, one of the friendly, knowledgable, delicious medi-thrive girls (or guys!) will come to your immediate aid. Their eighths all weigh four grams and they are always doing some kind of special or giveaway. I am such a regular customer there that I think I am pretty much their unofficial mascot at this point. They are even nice to my dog!! And did I mention the medithrive girls? Oh yeah, I did. Whew! Okay, now you know.

Medithrive sells the weakest product in San Francisco. The hash is the worst. I am done with this place! What is with Medithrive? The environment is nice (if you like a slick corporate ambiance) and they have a 4 gram eighth. But the strength of their product is pathetic. I don't know if their strains are just weak or if they are poorly grown, but Medithrive has ripped me off for the last time. No more!

I've been going here for over a year, thinking each time that it must be just a fluke that the medicine was so weak; after all, the place is nice and its in a good location for me. Guess I'm not the sharpest knife in the drawer.

But every single time, I'd end up with a 4 gram eighth of weak-ass, lame marijuana. And again: the "hash" there is a disgrace. Every single time! I have no idea if this is because of poor product or poor process in making the hash. It's so bunk that it's probably both bad product and lousy manufacturing. I was an idiot to keep giving this place chance after chance after chance.

I was in the city recently for a nice day out in sun and shopping and it was going great. I was going to end my day at the beach and I needed some medicine before leaving. So I stopped by Medithrive having been here once before and knowing they have good stuff. Well, sadly my experience here this time was not so great. The lady who was helping me was overmedicated and short tempered. I asked her if I could combine a deal and she lashed out at me.

As for the medicine it was very good, but way overpriced. I do not believe $60 for 4 grams is a good price. That is all they had and few for $55. I didn't mind the quality very good, the doorman said all they have been getting was top shelf that is why so expensive. Than my question to them is why would your midshelf be so expensive. They all came across very arrogant and above us patients. I want compassion like stated under Prop. 215 that is all I am asking. I can't wait for the day to see cannabis at all price ranges, all grades. This is why they get 3 stars, good med but price is crazy and little bit of cockiness from Medithrive.

Just went to Medithrive for the first time on Sunday, 3/16/10. It's definitely one of the nicest dispensaries I've ever been too. They have super dank buds, and plenty to choose from. They also let you open the display jars yourself and check out their selection without asking, which is nice, because I like to see and consider all my options before making a decision, which can be hard or impossible at most other places.

Wow! What a great place, close to the pier and downtown San Frisco. Great selection at sixty dollars an eighth, but the best part is that this is the House of the four gram eighths. Wow. Good Medicine at a great price. I'm an everyday smoker and have a high tolerance, but these Meds are great! I also received about five free things including 2 grams free for being a new patient and for spending over $130 good selection of hash and try the house stuff at $50 a bottle. Thank you Medithrive and you get your eights in a kool little magnetic tin.

This place is great! People are always nice. 4g eighths. Lots of selection of edibles, drinks, teas, concentrates and bud. I do agree with Chris with the fact that alot of the Sativas have "Kush" in their name, it bothers me too, haha.

Their concentrate prices are quite high (except that day they had $8 for a g of Green Frog Hash. How the hell did that happen?? That lasted me a month.).

Other than that, this is my go-to place for the most part. They've got alot of deals you can work with to get some free stuff so you can make out pretty well if you buy right.

This club is honestly one of my favorites and I've been to quite a lot of clubs all over the Bay Area. There are at least 10 different buds to choose from and they make sure only to have the top notch tree. Last time I went there, I got Durban Poison and I thought that was one of the craziest tree I've ever smoked - 100% sativa, very rare. After smoking 2 bowls of that, I was gone and thought I might have to follow the warning they give you and actually not operate machinery.

The buds are around $55-$60/8th but everything is top quality. The edibles are also very cheap and you can get some bomb moo cow cookies that are $8 for 2. They also have fudge and a bunch of other dope stuff - if you live in 50 mile radius of this place, it's definitely worth your time.

This is the first club I had ever been to and it definitely spoiled me from the get go. This is not a run down, shady kind of place (be prepared to have your picture taken, etc).

On my first visit to this club I purchased some fantastic Goo that looked and smelled like cotton candy, but I have not seen it since. Their Blue Dream is very nice, as is their Chem Dog.

If you go to this club, stick to the high end. The prices are high, but not totally unreasonable for good quality. I have never been disappointed by their top shelf meds, but on several occasions I've found up to four seeds in a one gram nug (Crown Royal Purple the worst and their Sunset Blvd a close second).

Some of the best complimentary nug jars you'll find at any bay area club, especially the little glass topped ones that come with 1/8ths.

I have been to Medithrive numerous times. Unfortunately, I have honestly never been satisfied. The only thing they have going is their Bliss Edibles. They give crack bag sized gifts and have forgotten my extra gifts many times. Also, I had seeds in my weed, complained to them and they were rude.

I had great visits at Medithrive, this was my first dispensary I went to when i got my cannabis prescription. I was very impressed with their website, that attracted me. When I got there I was happy and felt welcomed, got my free sample of their bud from the chest, that was excellent. Had a very sweet selection especially the indica's. The budtenders were cool, and very knowledgeable and helpful on making my selection. A bit pricey but the meds are worth it, they have decent deals and they get new strains almost every week, thats a plus. close to home bart is near by, and i love the fact that they have 4 gram 1/8ths a lot of clubd dont offer that. A year and a half with my license and unfortunately I just found this club. By unfortunately I mean I wish I had never wasted my time at only other clubs. Hands down best club in Oakland and San Francisco. The selection is nicely presented, the containers it comes in are the best around, and no question the staff is the best of any place in the Bay Area. The specials for first time patients along with the daily specials are great. The edibles too are some of the best. One brownie was way more than enough. Don't hesitate on going to this club and don't waste your money at any other club!

There is only one cannibis club that will receive my business and referrals... and that's Medithrive! The days of feeling like your buying ilegal drugs as you exit some shady looking store front are over! The look and design of the club is exceptional! All of the staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable not only with their products, but with all the questions that I always seem to have. :)

I have not found anyone that has the price's that Medithrive offers. Not only that, but the specials they offer have me coming back even when I shouldn't sometimes!! This is my first time writing a review for anyone. I can not stress to anyone and everyone that may read this... please give them a try... you will not be disappointed!

Medithrive is an excellent dispensary, very inviting. This was the first club I visited when I recieved my cannabis prescription. Great Indica strains, also they have very educated budtenders, knew exactly the medication I needed for my symptoms. 4 gram eights are lovely, and top of the shelf cannabis, yes its pricey but you know where your money goes. The best thing about medithrive is they always have a new strain every week. I highly recommend this dispensary.

First and Foremost ~~~ 'GREAT MED's'!!!

Second, this club is run by an amazing group of people, friendly, knowledgeable, and truly very interested in helping their patients.

Third, I visited Medithrive to get my med's for the holidays. Upon entering the club I was completely caught of guard, the whole place felt festive, warm, welcoming and fun! I have never been in another club that felt that way. Patients were socializing with one another while waiting to see the bud tenders. The employees were happy to see you and never rushed anyone. And best of all they had holiday presents for everyone. A woman a bit in front of me in line won a free gram for being the 30's member that day. They also had an edibles maker giving away delicious cupcakes and candy that looked like it belonged in a fancy restaurant and tasted like that too.

I have been to Medithrive several times and almost everytime i'm unhappy. Once I bought 4grams of Crown Royal Purple and when I broke 1 gram up their was 7 seeds inside. Every bud was seeded. So I called them, left a message and they never returned my call. And recently I went for their xmas party gift: buy $150 worth get 1 free drink, 1 free sample, and 1 free edible.. I spent over $150 and didn't receive any of the free items.

Although my receipt says otherwise.

My intital encounter with Medithrive was a very pleasant experience. Most clubs seem to be ran by thugs. However Medithrive, has knowledgable staff, and the medicine in which was very, very good. The customer service is great and they are very honest. I visited them for the first time about 10 days ago and I forgot to pick up the free drink, which was part of a promotion for first timers. The next time I went there they had a record of it and they promptly gave it to me. The strawberry/kiwi drink was delicious, as they said, and worked really well. They have a large variety of items and next time I will try one that is sugar free.

They are very knowledgeable and give wise recommendations.

The location is very convenient, one block from Bart and parking is easy. I highly recommend it.

Medithrive is an excellent club! It has a convenient location, accessible to BART and MUNI. Their hours of operation are wonderful, hardly any clubs are open past 8pm and but this club is open till 9pm!! Thats right 9pm. Their BUDS are packed nice not too many stems if any at all. And the aroma is inviting. The staff is friendly which is a big plus for me. This place is great! Check it out!

I really enjoyed my first visit to medithrive. the prices where comparble, but the staff is unbeatable. you dont have to be careful how you act, like many other clubs. I liked the strains they carried as well.

Fantastic place! Clean, new, great interior design. The people are kind, helpful and informative...the stock is incredible and their weights are true! I don't believe I will be going to Oakland anymore. This is so close and they deliver??!!!! Oh yes, this IS the place to go in SF. My new fave.

Last time I went to Medithrive, I had trouble peeling myself off of my bedroom floor for several days.

By that I mean: wow, they have some amazing indica. And Sativa. And I dig the containers. I think you also get free gifts if you bring back the 1/8 containers, so it's convenient and, ehm, green.

The decor is aesthetically pleasing and professional, which is great. It's nice to feel like I'm not wandering into some shady basement to buy my weed, as great as buying weed in shady basements is sometimes.

Also, they're very friendly. They're okay with my asking nooby questions and they answer them without going into pretentious speeches. And they make me proud to smoke weed, sometimes those other places just fit the stoner stereotypes all to well and I leave them hoping no one saw me go in.

Medithrive's professionalism and friendly customer service adds a much needed level of sophistication to a plant that we're truly all blessed to have.

And it's in my neighborhood. I can walk there, buy weed, walk home, and smoke it.

Well... yes... I would say that life is looking up.

I really enjoyed going to Medithrive. It has a great looking interior, very sharp Staff is very helpful. Great location. Close to Bart.

They have a very nice selection of product In all price ranges. They have nice deals and discounts.

This place is definitely worth the drive from the south bay. I've been to a variety of dispensaries in San Jose, Santa Cruz, Santa Clara, redwood city, and San Francisco, and Medithrive has got to be one of my favorites.

-The location is the first major plus, with extremely convenient parking right out front and its also very close to the freeway.

-The inside of the building is equally impressive, with an upscale and professional office/reception area, and a polite and friendly staff.

-The variety of their products is good, about 12 strains of bud nicely displayed for patients to inspect, tax is included in the price, so if it says its 50, its 50.

-They also have some really good concentrates, I'd recommend the OG kush Gold dust. its pricey but way worth it.

-They also have some really tasty and potent edibles, and you can even custom order large batches! Bottom line, this place is definitely worth your time if you're a true connoisseur!

This is a clean, neat, (environmentally clean for San Francisco), easy to access club. I was processed and out in minutes with friendly staff. They had what I needed and couldn't find at other clubs and I drove from Brentwood, CA (over 50 miles away) to come to them

The club was nice and had a professional environment. Their products were a quite a bit more expensive than i thought because they said $50 cap and it was not that at all. In short, id say you can find the same stuff for much cheaper else where.

I just received my card two months ago, I would go to Redwood City for convenience after work. But WOW!!! What a difference in atmosphere. Medithrive was Fabulous! The decor was very chic and inviting. The moss on the wall was very creative.

Even though there was a wait to sign up as a new patient, their appreciation shown by giving you a gram of free bud was very generous. I would say that is pretty good compensation for the wait. Their selection was top quality and their goods were very delicious. I haven't tried it yet but the "lollipipe" seems cool. You smoke out of it and the you eat it. I wonder the process of thought for the stoners who thought it up. Very creative.

All I can say is I was a kid in a candy store. They have my return business for sure. Medithrive Rocks!

Possibly my 3rd review for this place, After so many visits to Medithrive, this place is my favorite place in San Francisco. Deff the best in the city. I love to thank them for bringing San Francisco a club from LA. I saw that becuase after so many visits to other clubs, they have never gotten high quality cannabis that Medithrive has. I have always wanted to go to LA to try their cannabis, but with Meditrive, I no longer need to head that far. Meditrive has gotten strains such as, King Henry OG, Real McCoy OG Kush (best sativa ever), NL x Bubba kush, and many many more. If your in the City, you have to visit this place.

Medithrive has some of the better quality bud I've seen in Norcal. Great selection and very fair prices.

The location itself is very nice - you can tell a lot of work went into it. The place gives off a great vibe and is very bright and clean and stylish.

Customer service is awesome, from the doorman to the receptionist to the budtenders. Their budtenders are knowledgeable and friendly and always willing to answer questions and share their experiences with specific strains.

I would definitely recommend this place as it is one of the best clubs in San Francisco!

I got some of the "moo cow cookies," a bag of 2 cookies for 8 bucks. They were plain sugar cookies but they tasted like blueberries or fruity pebbles, they were so good! I was able to feel half a cookie, which means they are strong because I have a high tolerance for edibles. one cookie is a more realistic dose if you need heavy medication like me. That is still a pretty good deal.

The club was pretty nice inside, I liked that they let you examine the buds and even had coffee beans to smell between varieties. The grapefruit indica I bought came in a cool tin labeled with the name, and it smelled even better than the display nugs.

This was my first club I visited in san fran. It took about 5-10 minutes to get registered which was free. The medicine looked very high quality and was up to about 55-60/8th, which they have pre-weighed out to 4 grams. Edibles include cookies, brownies, cheesecake, juices...etc. Overall the customer service was pretty good I would recommend trying this place out at least once :)

One of the top 5 best dispensaries in San Francisco. Although they recently opened, they are by far one of the best. I already reviewed this place but that review was only based on 1 visit.

After many visits to Medithrive, this place surpasses other clubs by miles. They have excellent service, excellent quiality in bud, and futuristic, yet green, interior.

All I can say is, if you live in SF, you must visit this place. If your out of town, but don't live to far, you must visit this place. Medithrive can be your next top 3 dispensary as it has become with me.

I walked into a very nicely designed waiting area and was greeted by friendly staff who helped me get some bomb purple, which is nice this time of year and decently cheap 1/8 for the quality. The only down side were the hash prices. A little pricey, but as are most of the clubs.

I have been visiting this place at least twice a week since they opened and although I have had to wait up to 20 seconds at the door, 10 minutes is obviously an exaggeration. Given that these guys are new, the guy who processed me apologized in advance for his learning curve and was very polite and friendly. I got exactly what they promised, a free ‘Compassionate Sampler’, of fine Sativa and Indica for only purchasing a gram of medicine

While getting our medicine is still illegal and severely limited to only a few locations, we should all be more reserved with our razor tongues and remember what it was like when procuring medicine meant dealing with drug dealers inside cars in back alleys. I think all of us that support the legalization of our medicine should welcome all new dispensaries and reserve harsh judgment for harsh offenders, not newbie’s trying to get started.

This dispensary is a true testament to the evolution of the cannabis dispensary over the last few years. Everything about Medithrive is top-notch. My experience went something like this.

I walked into the facility and was immediately impressed with the atmosphere and feel. Rich wood, brilliant lighting, moss accents, spotless surfaces, and an opaque marijuana window are all the more inviting to the patient. I was quickly verified with the friendly staff member at the front desk and then was whisked away to the peruse the long counter topped with jars of fine looking meds. The beautiful girl at the counter invited me to touch, smell, and feel all of the medications to my heart's desire. If I had any questions it would be easy to chat with her for a bit!

The selection was just right for me. There were about 10 strains, all of which were very nice looking. Some people like more selection, but was easier for me to make a choice with fewer options. I picked out the Goo, which looked amazing and smelled equally impressive. It looked like it had been coated with powdered sugar! The price was pretty standard at $50+tax, but considering it was a 4.2g 1/8th of that quality, I felt I had gotten a steal. They also have some discount cards that you can take for your friends or for future use, so I was sure to grab some of those on my way out.

Overall, Medithrive is a really great place. I am currently enjoying my meds very much and will be back as soon as I'm out!

Great experience. Very cool vibe, clean space, employees sweet and patient. Meds were priced right and impact was just as staff predicted. I loved the kush - it hit right where I needed it. I sampled the cannibas chai and was very impressed. As a new member, I scored a nice sized nug of chem dawg -- kept me buzzing, just fine. Best looking space in San Francisco. I am a happy camper. Medithrive's location is close to BART/Mission/16th.

It looks nice inside but the staff was kind of whack. I went over there and I was kept outside for like 10 minutes on mission. When I get in, the guy forgets to give my ID back after verification. When buying bud, the guy next to me got a nice sampler packet with two samples and a nice card, whereas I only received one sample just handed to me in a little bag. The edible sucked even though they said it was bomb.

New club. Nice and clean, decent selection. 4 gram eights in a nice see-through tin. I tried Dr. Master Kush and received two .05 bags ,one of indica and one of stativa. So I took home around 5 grams for around $55, nice! (Meds were already pre weighed) Meds were good, no complaints here and will be back next time in the city. Good hours as well, give them a try!

Been to all the Cannabis dispensary in SF. This is a brand new club that just opened. I was the very first patient. Very clean cut dispensary. Very impressed with this club. They had many strains all for about $45 to $50 an 8th. They had many strains but I managed to cop King Henry OG and Gold Rush, both are superb after trying it out now.=]. Fantastic. They also have a sale at the moment since its grand opening, you get 4.2 grams for every 8th. They also gave me a flyer with .5 gram of a indica, and a .5 gram of a sativia.

I loved this club. Definitely recommend. Many other strains they had were: Blue Dream, MSM Mr Nice Guy, Trainwreck, Summertime Grand Daddy, and many more. Check out their website. Its the bomb.

This dispensary just opened. Wow!! Finally, a great space that doesn't feel like some guy's basement. I am a woman who likes a clean, bright, sexy space. Medithrive has it. Prices are excellent with great grand opening deals. Best of all, it's a block from 16th/Mission Bart. People running the dispensary are very cool and totally patient with my numerous questions. I will definitely make this my base for medicine.

Medithrive is a brand new club on Mission between 15th and 16th. They have a ridiculous selection of high grades in a clean, friendly environment. I just got home from there and I got their Black Berry Kush, its awesome. My new favorite club!!!!!
