I took BART out to SF yesterday to go on a cannabis club run. I just got my rec a few weeks ago, and I hadn't hit up any SF clubs yet. The first one I went to was CannaMed Care Center.

I met a nice woman who showed me how to get downstairs. Right when I got down, I could see a big cloud of smoke flowing in the air. There were people rolling up blunts/joints at the bar. A few people were in line for their meds, so I waited until it was my turn. I asked the guy what the best sativas they had in, and he pulled out a couple jars of Hash Star and Bombulan. As others have said, it's pretty pricey here (-1 star for that), but the quality IS really good. I picked up the Hash Star for $63/8th. It comes in a glass jar, but I wish I could just have a baggie and pay a couple dollars less. They let you look at it underneath a magnifying glass and light.

Anyway, the lounge here is where it's at. They have a few comfortable couches, and there are bongs you can use. There was a guy finishing up with the bong, so I loaded up a bowl of my new meds to try it out. I must say, it hits pretty smooth. After I finished the bowl, I just left for my next stop. I'll definitely be coming back to this place.

CannaMed Care is my new favorite club. From the beautiful entrance to the menu this place had it all. First visit for me, lots of people just chillin and passing around a volcano vaporizer bag. Their selections include psycho jack, ak-47, La kush, white widow, and G-13. Of course i had to pick up an 1/8th of G-13 for $63 and a gram of white widow for $16 bucks. I also got a psycho jack cookie. All meds are top notch and they have at least 15-20 strain varieties. G-13 and white widow and pretty amazing smokes. Congratulations CannaMed Care you guys have a great club.

Canna Med Care is great! A little pricy, but they have stuff for poor people like me. You can medicate there and you can use the volcano if you want.

I have mixed feelings about this place. The staff's informed and there's always a good variety of strains but a lot of the "high grade" is too mediocre to be that expensive. Their lounge is pretty chill sometimes and packed to the brim others. Id recommend stopping buy, but try some other dispensaries first so you dont get ripped off.

They had a large selection of varying qualities and strains, and the biggest hash selection that I have seen in SF. Staff was friendly, helpful and prices were good.

This is the most comfortable place of all the clubs. The staff is friendly, informed, and fun! The medicated coffee and tea is a must. This is a great club!

Seems very spacious and relaxed. Staff is fairly knowledgeble of the product. Wide selection available.

If you do not pay full attention -you might get overcharged.

In some ways, CMC is the best there is. With the exception of the Vapor Room, I don't know of any club that takes the time to be a club and not just a store. The atmosphere is great, the staff is friendly, and it's a great place to sit and talk to fellow patients and enjoy the great bongs they provide.

But the problem is the quality/price ratio just isn't there, and I feel it's diminishing. While I've been blown away in the past, plenty of the stuff they sell for $63/8th is midgrade at best. I agree with what a previous poster says about the hydroponic origins making everything kind of seem the same, too. If you're not staying to smoke and socialize, head to the superior quality organics for $45/8th a block away at Grass Roots.

Good selection of herbs, hash, and edibles. I got a cppl cookies and the Sour Diesel. Jarred 1/8's for $63 was a bit much but it was my first time there and liked the feel of the place as i walked in. The staff was nice starting w/ the door man all the way to the front counter, very helpful and welcoming as well. They've got a returning customer fo sure

Very clean and professional. The service is great and a good variety, CannaMed Care is one of my favorite medical marijuana dispensaries and they have a bathroom too!

This medical marijuana dispensary has a rude door person - I didn't bother to enter. There are two other places to choose from on the same street. I would suggest choosing one of them.

Shorted on medication? That is absurd!!!! I have been a patient at CMC for three years and have never come across shorted medication. In fact I just had a conversation with one of CMC's friendly staff members about how they are always right on with the weight of their medication. The staff member informed me that they pay very close attention to the weight and use top of the line scales.

After I get my medication I always double check the weight with my scale at home and the weight is on every time. This is just one of the reasons why I keep returning to CMC, and every time I return I find more reasons why I want to return again.

I found them at their new location. Staff people are great. Sales people behind the counter are sometimes f*** nuts. On two occasions my medication was swapped for something else.

On this particular occasion it was swapped for this sativa they were really "pushing / hyping". The thing was that I took the bag containing medication and left... realizing what
happened when arriving home 45 minutes later. Selection is good and large. I've tried many, many strains here.

For some reason I think they all mostly come from one particular grower. Because I can
taste the same growing medium in a lot of these strains...Some hydro / soil less set-up? Which makes me think their quality isn't as good as it can get. The buds taste like the plant was forced / supplemented to produce "their" quality. I am a little concerned about my experience here.

I will come back, but will instead look for the Mid-Grade medication.

This place is OK. Lots of selection, but it's not that great and the best stuff is 60-70. They charge you for the little jars and the building. This place has a nice lounge though, looks like a nightclub/bar lounge.

The staff encourages you to open the jars and smell the herb and to look at it under the lighted magnifying glass. The entire staff is extremely knowledgeable and they enjoy answering questions. They don't just offer 60 different strains of buds of varying prices, but they also offer hash, kiefs, oils and a large variety of delicious confections including ice cream.

The atmosphere is spacious and relaxed. Large glass bongs (with alcohol and paper towels for sanitizing next to them) are on each table. A lighter and small bottle of water are complimentary. Good music is always playing at reasonable levels. A vaporizer is available for those who need it. Oh, and on the bookshelf, in one of the brown-paper-bag covers, is the best physics book ever written (for instance, there's a line about having a "honeymoon hotel" at the center of a circular centrifugal space station.) This was the first
dispensary I ever went to, and I never visited another because I always looked forward so much to revisiting this one.

Nice vibes, cool place to relax, sales people are friendly, music is varied and not too loud, good weed. A prayer come true :) Maybe not the least expensive.

This is the best club in California. I have been to clubs in Sacramento, Modesto, Hayward, Berkeley, Santa Cruz, San Francisco and Los Angeles,but nothing compares to the C.M.C.

Oh how I love the Little Jar Place. I always find parking. Folks working there are great and helpful. The herb is the best selection in town. A little pricier for some herb than at other places but it's well worth it. And the packaging.. Ah the little jars. It's classy. It's comfy. And they treat the patients well. Best in SF.

This is the best medical marijuana dispensary I have been to 60 strains awesome quality but you also do pay a little bit for it but it is without a doubt worth it.
