Board of Supervisors Hearing on Dispensary Legislation

The recent decision surrounding medicla cannabis diespensary legislation amendments will become effective 30 days from tomorrow, if it passes tomorrow. Let's show up for support one more time to make sure this happens without interference.

This could be the your opportunity to change the way San Francisco distributes medical cannabis! Be prepared to speak in favor of your favorite dispensary!
Six MCD's will have Public Health Hearings on September 12th, 2007 at the Health Department Room 300, 101 Grove Street 9AM. I am not sure who all of them are just yet. The last 6 land use approvals.
There is also expected resistance/opposition at the Board of Supervisors meeting Tues. Sept 11th, 2007 in City Hall Room 200, regarding the new MCD ordinance changes. NOW is not the time for any of us to sit at home and let NIMBY’s get the final say in our health decisions.
