San Francisco ASA will be discussing important dates coming up at this meeting.
The Planning Department will conduct a hearing on the Dispensary amendments
on July 12th, and the legislation will go before the City Operations and Neighborhood
Services Committee on July 26th. Let's work on getting the best possible regulations
out of this process.
At our last meeting we went over the Americans for Safe Access ID Card Provision. We would like to urge you to view the script and call your San Francisco Superviosr to repeal the provision in San Francisco's medical cannabis dispensary ordinance that requires all qualified patients to have state-issued ID cards to enter a dispensaing collective.
